We were very excited to announce that Lauren McKown won the 2019-2020 Paul L. Pfeiffer Student Startup Scholarship and  Dr. ing. Edgar E. Kooijman, Director of the Biotechnology Program and Associate Professor of Biological Sciences, received the Paul L. Pfeiffer Faculty Mentor Award for his work with the winning Mission:Life team.

Entrepreneurship Immersion Week (EIW) is an intensive one-week (ish) immersion experience for undergraduates from all disciplines to immerse themselves in the skills needed to help them develop new business concepts and apply these skills in a team-based business concept competition.
