Western Reserve Hospital in Cuyahoga Falls is interested in enhancing the environment of the Infusion rooms in their oncology department and are seeking inspiring art from local artists. Artwork will be on an 8-10 week rotation in the oncology rooms and then move to the public access community gallery area.

The University of Akron's first 24-Hour Hackathon, built and organized entirely by students
Apply to showcase your business at the Kent Chamber of Commerce Business, Community & Healthcare Expo. 

Bringing community together to talk about social issues and come up with innovative solutions, launching new ideas and businesses, and fostering sustainable solutions.

The Erie Hack is a competition that unites coders, developers, engineers, and water experts to generate solutions to Lake Erie’s biggest challenges. $100,000 in prizes for the most creative and effective hacks.

ECDI and the SBDC at LCCC are proud partners in presenting the ScratchMade Incubator. Creators of handmade products are invited to apply to a 6-week training program designed to prepare product entrepreneurs for store shelves.  

Makers of the following are encouraged to apply:
  • Packaged food products
  • Bottled food products
  • Canned products
  • Beverages
  • Cosmetics
  • Beauty and health products
  • Any product requiring ingredients
The top 3 participants will enjoy awards including mentorship, coaching, access to capital, and more. Applications close at midnight the evening of Wednesday, March 29th. Program fee for accepted applicants is $249.
