It's officially fall and as the pumpkin spice spreads across our coffee cups, a spice spreads in me as well. 

Nothing too aggressive, of course, just a little hint for those that don't need the nicest version of me. It's okay to say no, it's okay to be [a little] passive aggressive, it's okay to use some corporate lingo that hits like a gut punch.

But, if you're feeling spicy like me then use it sparingly and specifically.
