Luke Leyden, junior, computer engineering technology major, represented Kent State in the Entrepreneurship Education Consortium's IdeaLabs competition (the regional event for winners of our Idea Olympics). Luke faced tough competition from student entrepreneurs from 11 other Northeast Ohio universities, ultimately taking 3rd place and $1,000 for his venture, Trolder. Congrats, Luke!

The Hudson Library & Historical Society will virtually hold its eighth annual “Pitch Night” competition on Tuesday, November 17 at 6:30 p.m. Seven finalists will be selected from the pool of online applications to pitch their business ideas to a panel of expert judges on Zoom.
