Crafterpreneurship Contest
For the 2024 Crafterpreneurship Contest, LaunchNET KSU and the Arts Entrepreneurship Student Org (AESO) would like you to create a crafted work that displays your value proposition. In other words, what makes you special as a creative or as a person?
  • 5 winners whose pieces will be displayed at a special table during the Showcase
  • One grand prize winner will receive $100, some crafty gifts, and a guest spot on LaunchNET's podcast

Small Business Showcase | Apr 18
Join us for our end of semester showcase! This will be a tabling event featuring Kent State entrepreneurs and the businesses they have been working on. Sign up to have a table and grow your audience, or simply to attend and support local entrepreneurs.

Microgrants - Now Morgan Startup Grants
LaunchNET is offering funding via Morgan Startup Grants to help Kent State student entrepreneurs move their businesses forward and reach their goals! This year we will be featuring:
  • Launch Morgan Startup Grant - up to $500
  • Scale-Up Morgan Startup Grant - up to $1,250

Scholarships & Awards
We are offering two student scholarships along with a faculty mentor award this semester! This financial support is geared towards entrepreneurial students and faculty:
  • Marty Erbaugh Student Entrepreneur Scholarship - $1,000 for idea phase and launched ventures
  • Paul L. Pfeiffer Endowed Entrepreneurship Award - $1,000 for launched ventures
  • Paul L. Pfeiffer Mentor Award - $1,000 for faculty who support student innovations
